Refund policy
Making a Return
Time Frame for Returns: You have up to 14 days from the moment you receive your items to initiate a return request. Please note that we cannot accept returns if more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase. Once we receive your returned item, we'll handle all returns and issue refunds within 5 business days.
Return Eligibility: For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the exact condition you received it - unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please reach out to us at support@Gcrocus.com. Upon accepting your return request, we'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Remember, returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away for any defects or damage, or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, freebies, and gift cards. Underwear and intimate items are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Similarly, final sale products and accessories (including jewelry, gloves, handbags, etc.) are only returnable if they arrive damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
For the quickest service, directly contact Gcrocus customer support via email: support@Gcrocus.com if you wish to exchange an item. Please note, that exchanges are limited to one per item, so ensure you're certain before initiating a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll inform you if the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Be aware that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Please provide us with the tracking number and logistics carrier information via email as soon as you ship your return. Due to a limited on-site team for health and safety reasons, returns and refunds will be processed in 5 business days, though delays are possible.
